1. In accordance with Article 44 of Law 47/2002 dated December, which updates Law 7/1996 dated 15 January, on Retail Commerce Regulation, and in particular the Mail Order section, the client has a RIGHT TO RETURN, by which he can return the product received if he/she finds it does not satisfy his/her expectations. Should a client wish to exercise this right, this must obligatorily be done within a maximum period of SEVEN working days (calculated from the date of delivery and according to the official calendar of the location to which the good has been delivered), the product must be returned in its original packaging, in an unused state and through the same logistic operator that supplied it. Return fees as well as any damage caused to the product are at the CLIENT’S EXPENSE.
The right to return will not apply to any products that have been personalised, as specified in Article 45 of Law 47 dated December 2002, titled "Exceptions to the Right to Return thus: “In the case of contracts involving the supply of products manufactured according to the consumer’s instructions or those products clearly personalised or customer tailored, or which, due to their nature, cannot be returned or which deteriorate or expire quickly, the right of return will not apply.”
Any return expenses due to errors in the order or to defects of the product will be covered by Lia&cia. Products with defects will be replaced as soon as the client reports it, free of cost.
2. Before you return any product you must obligatorily notify Lia&cia in advance . An email must be sent to through our contact form, the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Once the goods have been received and checked, the amount paid will be reimbursed by the same means in which payment was carried out, deducting mailing and return expenses, which will be covered by the client except in cases of defects or order errors. |
